For yet another year, the CLC World Foundation joined the Los Soles de Málaga social movement, supported by the El Pimpi Foundation.

This event, which due to the pandemic was held last December at the Cervantes Theatre saw a number of artists give up their time to selflessly lend their help.

Profits from ticket sales, an auction, donations, sponsorship and subsidies, saw a record collection of €148,441.92! This will see 50% of the collection distributed equally across the three projects: EDUCA-GUINEA, El Telephone de la Esperanza and E.D.A.U. each receiving €24,740.32. Whereas the remaining 50% will be shared across eight different causes, all of them related to children: Altamar, Redime, Con. Ciencia, Bajar a la Calle, Fundación Olivares, Cystic Fibrosis, Demeter and Mechones Solidarios. – each receiving €9,277.62.

This morning, cheques were handed to each of the entities at Malaga City Council. Present at the ceremony were the President of the El Pimpi Foundation, Luis Merino Bayona, the Councilor for Social Rights from the Malaga City Council, Francisco Pomares, the Second Vice-President of the Provincial Council, Natacha Rivas, and the godmother of the El Pimpi Foundation, Belinda Washington, as well as sponsors and representatives of the different groups.
